At Crazy Creatures Designs our commitment is to providing quality friendly service. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Orders are delivered using Australia Post Express Post satchels and will be charges at a flat rate depending on weight. Checkout will assist you to determine the cost which will depend on your order quantity. Depending on the postcode we are sending to please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
Crazy Creatures Designs uses Australia Post Prepaid Express Post satchels so we can track your order. On the extremely rare occasion that a package is delayed, damaged or not received at all please contact us promptly by either email or phone so we can rectify the situation.
International postage will be calculated on a case by case basis, as the shipping charge is dependent on the weight of your order and the destination. Please proceed through the checkout process as normal, and we will contact you via email with the delivery options available and the additional costs.
